Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct

AMP events bring together fans and community members from many backgrounds and experiences. We are committed to creating welcoming spaces where everyone can gather, connect, and enjoy the experience in a respectful and inclusive environment. These guidelines help ensure that all attendees feel safe, respected, and valued as part of our community.

Respectful Conduct

  • Treat all attendees, staff, volunteers, and guests with respect.

  • Engage in conversations and disagreements constructively.

  • Do not harass, insult, or demean others.

  • Respect the diversity of backgrounds and perspectives within the community

Respect for Staff, Volunteers, and Event Operations

  • Follow instructions from event staff and volunteers.

  • Do not interfere or attempt to interfere with event operations.

  • Treat organizers and venue staff with courtesy.

  • Harassment or intimidation of staff may result in removal from the event and/or revocation of badge

Safety and Well-Being

  • Threats of violence or physical harm towards staff, attendees or guests are strictly prohibited.

  • Aggressive or intimidating behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Follow event staff instructions and venue safety rules.

  • Do not engage in behavior that could endanger others.

  • Threats may result in an immediate ban and ban from future events

Inclusive Community Standards

  • No discrimination based on race, gender, identity, religion, disability, etc.

  • Avoid language or behavior that excludes or targets others.

  • Help maintain a welcoming environment.

Enforcement & Reporting

  • Staff may remove individuals who violate the guidelines.

  • Threats or dangerous behavior may be referred to venue security or authorities.

  • Provide a method to report issues (staff desk, email, etc.).
