The AMP Organization is committed to running and managing the best anime community events as possible and to provide the best experience for all who attend! We have hosted numerous events such as AniMarketplace, TouhouFest, WeebMart and LA Idol Matsuri, events with very difference focuses, needs, fanbases and requirements. We also have been collaborating with other organizations and have supported numerous other groups such as the California Cosplay Gala, based in Northern California, the Bowers Museum in Orange County, and the Little Tokyo Community Council (LTCC). We also bring on a team of experienced, passionate and hardworking individuals who make sure to put the client’s interests first!
Our Services
The AMP Organization provides consulting to events, businesses and individuals seeking to run and host events. From choosing the right venue to forming the right team to executing a memorable event we offer consultation services that looks at mission and goals. Prices subject to change/increases based on specific needs. Base Price: $60 per hour. Minimum 2 hours.
If you have an idea for an event, but are not comfortable nor have the experience on where to start, let us know and we can help manage and run the event for you. Prices start at $500 per event. Does not include equipment rental or venue prices. Management fee can include MCing, venue search, and social management if needed.
