Welcome to

The AMP Organization

Supporting artists, talents, fans and the community.

The AMP Organization, (formally the Anime Market Pop-up Organization), was founded in June of 2018 with a simple goal: to host and run events centered around the anime fan community. We strive to put the fans, artists, and community first and to provide a space and a venue where people can gather, network, socialize in a safe environment, and above all, for the community's enjoyment and benefit for all.

Focus on building a sense of community

“TouhouFest f*ing incredible experience and more of y’all better be there next year!”

— Axel

“In all seriousness though, meeting internet pals has never turned out badly for me, as TouhouFest and other events have demonstrated, soo...i'd be down if you were, perhaps.”

- Mari

“TouhouFest made me realize the power of friendship and community... I desperately needed that for all my life basically. Perhaps that is why I feel like shit this summer, the realization that I am missing THIS is what I really needed all this time!”

- Suwawako

Providing a venue for talents

AniMarketplace was SUCH a good time!! Huge thanks to the AMP team for organizing and running such a safe and fun community event! We can't stop gushing about how much we love all the staff and admin 💖 Talking and connecting with people was what I missed most about these kinds of events so it was great to get a sense of that yesterday. Thank you to all of our friends and family that came out to support @ev_133 and @aquariusca.alt the performances went great and were SOOOO FUN!! We had a blast performing and can't wait for the next one.”

— Brandon Chun, Lead Guitarist of EV133

Creating a fun experience for all!

“Wow! Who needs Tokyo Idol Festival when we’ve got TORRANCE Idol Festival am I right?”

— Jelli, Member and Manager of Aquarius Encore Project

“Ultimately, a big thank you to @scidolfest for making this all happen! Bringing the idol community together in a way I’ve never gotten to witness before was truly a gift 💝 please do an event like this every year until the end of time”
